Your tasks: Support APA plants (Changwon, Shenyang and Shanghai) in any case of welding issues according to DIN EN-ISO 14731- 2006 Implementation of the ZF production roadmap projects for process development and improvements in cost-effectiveness which are welding related Conduct/lead external and internal welding audits like CQI-15 or similar to support Make and Buy analysis Core Team member in outsourcing projects which related to outer tube manufacturing Standardizing production processes worldwide in BU - CTT together with the related CoC groups (TSO, design, testing, etc.) Optimize production processes regarding productivity, OEE increase, cycle time, work safety, etc. Carry out benchmarking internally and externally of process capabilities and assess any usable potentials Responsible defined new project advance development including project quotation/capacity calculation /plant overview planning/product line planning/process planning/equipment purchase/tooling purchase/process development/flow chart/PFMEA/WI//checking list/set up with supplier etc. Cooperate with global team to define and optimize current new project standard/lessons learn/good practice. Asia pacific side welding drawing check according to standard definition, knowledge of welding mass know how to define correct requirement. Responsible for running plant project function check, release good advice and process planning for process development. Your profile: Min. 5 years of professional experience in automotive sector close to the production side. University Bachelor/Master.
